If you click RSS manager:

• You have to first load a Web page with RSS feeds.
• The feeds will be detected automatically by the RSS manager and will appear in the window (on the right side) .
• You choose the ones you like and add them in the topics list (on the left side).
• You can use topics that already exist or create new ones.
